三、歐語系將於115年3月9日下午5點結束收件，請繳交相關紙本申請文件資料及電子檔案給各組負責的系助教或助理。

作業時間：115年3月11日（星期三）下午5時前，會將學生基本資料表及系所薦名單之電子檔上傳至https://forms.office.com/r/UfbxNPGsed；其他申請資料紙本（含學生基本資料表、推薦名單及所有相關附件）送至國際處。

1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education Directive No. 1142502292A, dated November 4, 2025.
2. The guidelines and related application forms are provided in the attachments for reference.
3. There is no limit on the number of nominations. Departments are requested to upload the Student Information Form and Departmental Nomination List (electronic files) tohttps://forms.office.com/r/UfbxNPGsedby 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Please also submit hard copies of other application materials (including the Student Information Form, Nomination List, and all relevant supporting documents) to OICSA for further processing.
